Chemical structures

You can add 2D structures right in your experiment summary. Simply drag the file into the editor, or type “/chemistry” and press Enter.

This will insert a preview image, while still allowing you to access the original file (hover the image, click the three-dot menu and choose Download).

We currently support the following chemical structure format:

MDL Molfile
RXN
InChI String
ChemAxon Extended SMILES
ChemAxon Extended CML
